Hadi Choopan, known to his fans as the Persian Wolf, finally made his much anticipated appearance at the 2019 Mr. Olympia contest in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Choopan was able to enter the U.S. to compete after overcoming numerous U.S. visa denials over the last several months due to Presidential Proclamation 9645, more commonly known as the “Travel Ban” or “Muslim Ban,” that has affected thousands of individuals from Iran and other banned countries since its implementation.

With his visa troubles out of the way, Choopan’s attendance immediately became a gamechanger at the competition, having won a gold medal at the 2019 IFBB Vancouver Pro Men’s Bodybuilding competition just two months earlier.

The Persian Wolf did not disappoint: Choopan not only won 3rd place at his first Mr. Olympia competition, he also won the People’s Champion belt as voted by the fans.

With this win, Choopan has solidified himself as one of the top open class bodybuilders in the world. His top 3 victory earned him $100,000 in prize money, and he added another impressive title to his long list of accolades.

As a prolific athlete at the top of his field, The Persian Wolf would be a prime example of a potential EB-1 Green Card candidate as his career progresses.  The sky is the limit for this true warrior.
